Holy Balls!!
After a high on Saturday of 51 degrees, I almost froze this morning. It was zero where I live and there was a very brisk.....Hell No!!....a strong wind blowing which made it feel like it was subarctic!
Another 25 days and on the way to the sunny climes of Florida and the beaches and warm waters of the ocean.
I keep trying to find a model who will be more available to me on a steady basis, but everyone is so busy with everything else these days that committments to something like that are just not to be I guess. I will say, the models I've photographed of late or for the most part in reality, have been really nice to work with.
I have one with whom I've worked who is a bit of a diva, but sometimes in a pinch I try to get her to come over and do a shoot with me. I don't have her posted on DA as I'm not all that excited about my own work with her. Maybe it is because she likes to control the shoot. Now, I'm not above listening to, or accepting ideas from my models, but just don't want to feel that I'm her employee.
I'm not sure why I even make journal entries except sometimes it helps to just vent, or compliment, even if very few individuals read the entries.
I do like to give a great Thank You to those models with whom I've worked this past year. Some of them are very talented in their posing, and all of them are beautiful in their spirit and in their physical being. I'm sure at times it is not easy to stand exposed to the world so to speak and give out with a smile, or a particular pose when the temperatures are on the cool, or extremely hot side of the thermometer.
Damn! I seem obsessed with the weather of late, but I am so sick of the cold winter we have had that it is on everyone's mind this year.
